General Bear Information
Many of the bears shown are Yes/No bears. These bears have a mechanism inside of them that enable them to move their head yes and no when you move the tail. The gallery page that list yes/no's are not the only ones on the site, many are mixed in different categories. Another important item to note is that I use many of my favorite basic patterns to make many of my bears. In the past years I have opted to name my pattern instead of the individual bear.
All bears are made from either mohair or alpaca, all have glass eyes and either 100% felt paw pads or ultra-suede paw pads. Many of the bears I make have air brushing for added detail, and many also have a small piece of white felt behind their eyes for added expression. I make a mix of bears; some traditional with closed mouths, and other with an open mouth. The open mouth bears are highly sculpted to form mouths; this gives the bears extra character.
